Waves of new customers were unable to fully enjoy their consoles because someone cramped away in a small computer room had a statement to make\u2026 or something, I guess.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Either way, PlayStation is sorry about the whole affair, and it is offering a few New Years goodies to make up for it. In addition to extending the sales that were available at the time, it has also announced plans to extend everyone\u2019s PlayStation Plus subscriptions for a full 5 days. More details will be made available when Sony has its plan firmly established.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to that, every PlayStation owner will have access to a 10 percent off coupon within the month, and it will be free to use on any products that can be purchased through the PlayStation Store.
