Apple just announced the dates for its annual Worldwide Developer\u2019s Conference (WWDC). It will run from June 8 to June 12 this year. WWDC is a huge event each year, and as its name implies it\u2019s focused around developers. However, it\u2019s also where Apple often reveals its next updates to OS X and to iOS. That means we might learn about the successor to OS X Yosemite and iOS 8.<\/p>\n

On Monday evening, for example, the first iOS 8.4 beta rolled out. It packs Apple\u2019s latest redesign of its music player, which the company is expected to discuss in detail during WWDC 2015. That\u2019s when we hope to learn about what Apple\u2019s plans are for the Beats streaming music service, too, which will presumably be rolled into its music player.<\/p>\n
\u201cWWDC will feature more than 100 technical sessions, over 1,000 Apple engineers, hands-on labs to help developers integrate new technologies and fine tune their apps, as well as the Apple Design\u00a0Awards which showcase the best new apps in the last year,\u201d Apple said.\u201d<\/p>\n
Registration will close on\u00a0April 17, at 10 AM PT and that folks selected to attend will be alerted on April 20. Tickets cost $1,599.<\/p>\n
