In addition, Google will be making ad-free music videos available alongside selected tracks in the Play Music apps for Android and iOS.<\/p>\n<p>When Google announced Music Key last week, the company made it clear that there would be some kind of partnership between the new YouTube service and its existing Play Music service. Those who subscribe to one will automatically gain access to the other at no extra cost.<\/p>\n<p>But with Key Music launching in beta form initially, it was unclear\u00a0<em>when\u00a0<\/em>Play Music subscribers would get the chance to use it. Now an email being issued to those subscribers confirms the good news.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStarting next week, as a Google Play Music subscriber, you\u2019ll get free and complete access to the YouTube Music Key beta, a new service from YouTube where you can watch ad-free music videos, and keep the music playing in the background or when you\u2019re offline,\u201d Google\u2019s message reads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Google Play Music app will also include ad-free music videos alongside select tracks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Play Music subscribers won\u2019t have to pay a penny extra to use Music Key, then, and they won\u2019t need to do anything to upgrade; their Play Music accounts will automatically provide them with access to YouTube\u2019s new beta when it goes live next week.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the videos available inside the Play Music app, Music Key will be accessible via the YouTube apps on Android and iOS, and via <a class=\"vglnk\" href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">YouTube.com<\/a> in your web browser.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sourcevia-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"sourcevia fCaps fLS0\"><span class=\"label fLS1\">VIA<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.androidpolice.com\/2014\/11\/14\/google-play-music-access-customers-will-automatically-get-access-youtube-music-key-without-re-sign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANDROID POLICE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<div id=\"article-end\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Those already subscribed to Google Play Music \u2014 formerly named All Access \u2014 will automatically gain access to Music Key, the new music video streaming service from YouTube, starting next week.
