{"id":3620,"date":"2017-07-08T11:05:35","date_gmt":"2017-07-08T18:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmtechblog.com\/?p=3620"},"modified":"2017-07-08T11:05:35","modified_gmt":"2017-07-08T18:05:35","slug":"playstation-4-games-now-ps-now-heres-can-play","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmtech.blog\/?p=3620","title":{"rendered":"PlayStation 4 games are now on PS Now, here\u2019s what you can play"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you were going off of its E3 presentation this year, you\u2019d hardly know that\u00a0Sony\u00a0has services and initiatives like\u00a0PlayStation\u00a0Vue,\u00a0PlayStation\u00a0Classics, and\u00a0PlayStation\u00a0Now, but they\u2019re still alive and kicking.\u00a0PlayStation\u00a0Now, Sony\u2019s game-streaming service, is getting a nice bump this week in the form of its very first\u00a0PlayStation\u00a04 games.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The games are currently only playable on\u00a0PlayStation\u00a04 and\u00a0Windows\u00a0PC, and the list is pretty limited, including a few big games, some remakes, and a few indie titles.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Killzone Shadow Fall<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>God of War 3 Remastered<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Saints Row IV: Re-Elected<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>WWE 2K16<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Tropico 5<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ultra Street Fighter IV<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>F1 2015<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Evolve<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>MX vs ATV Supercross Encore<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Resogun<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Helldivers<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Broken Age<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Grim Fandango Remastered<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Akiba\u2019s Beat<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Castlestorm Definitive Edition<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Nidhogg<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Super Mega Baseball<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They\u2019re not exactly headliner exclusives, but I wouldn\u2019t expect to see\u00a0<em><a class=\"vglnk\" title=\"Link added by VigLink\" href=\"http:\/\/rover.ebay.com\/rover\/1\/711-53200-19255-0\/1?toolid=10029&amp;campid=CAMPAIGNID&amp;customid=CUSTOMID&amp;catId=293&amp;type=2&amp;ext=272747073369&amp;item=272747073369\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Uncharted\u00a04<\/a><\/em>\u00a0or any of the system\u2019s other big titles for a while yet.<\/p>\n<h3>PlayStation still has a long way to go<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PS4 Games Come to PlayStation Now | PS4 &amp; Windows PC\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ILNC1woL844?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Game\u00a0streaming\u00a0still has a way to go thanks to ISP transfer caps and gameplay lag. I\u2019m personally a fan of Microsoft\u2019s take, which has you download the game play it locally on the\u00a0Xbox\u00a0Game Pass.<\/p>\n<p>PlayStation\u00a0Now streams the game off Sony\u2019s servers, meaning that the amount of data you use isn\u2019t based on what game you play, but how long you play it for. The benefit of\u00a0PlayStation\u00a0Now, though, is that you don\u2019t need a\u00a0PlayStation\u00a0to play these games.
