Videos you record with Vine are much, much easier to embed on the Web, the company announced on Friday. As of now, there are two distinct embeddable post styles you can choose from depending on your taste; “Simple” presents Vine clips in a minimal style with no border, while the “Postcard” layout is essentially what you currently see posted on Twitter. To get an embed code for your video, you can snatch it up either from the updated iPhone app or from the post’s page on vine.co.

Right now, only Vines shared outside of the app itself (Facebook or Twitter) can be embedded on the Web and, unfortunately, they don’t seem to be optimized for Tumblr just yet, which could be a potential warehouse for Vine blogs. It took Vine a few months to roll out a simple feature, but it’s definitely welcome.
