The PlayStation arm of Sony has been producing live action commercials for its platforms for a few years now. Some of the campaigns have been absolutely amazing, like the Kevin Butler character line, and some of them have been a bit of a miss.

Today we have the “Friendly Competition” commercial. The minute-long clip pits two friends in the worlds of several gaming franchises, though none of them are exclusive to the PlayStation brand. We see these pals in Destiny, Far Cry 4 and NBA 2K15 (at least, I assume it’s 2K15 and not Live). It all goes down with a tune from Daft Punk in the background.

It’s a pretty cool commercial, but I still swear by the Butler ones. Those always gave me a chuckle.
