Call-of-Duty-Advanced-Warfare-Multiplayer-Screenshots-6-1280x720

If you’re a PC gamer and you’ve been looking for a chance to try the multiplayer side of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in a sort of demo, now’s your chance. The online element in Advanced Warfare will be free to play on Steam this weekend.

In fact, it’s available as of the moment I’m writing this post.

In addition to the free access to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare‘s multiplayer side, if you like the game enough to buy it, you’ll be able to snag it with a 25 percent discount. That brings the cost of the game from $59.99 to $44.99. 15 bucks is a solid drop.

If you’re at all on the fence about Call of Duty, I personally encourage you to give this one a shot. I’ve had a hard time enjoying this series over the last several iterations. Advanced Warfare offers the best campaign the game has seen in years, and the multiplayer is a really fun twist on a formula that’s clearly proven its worth.

Is it the best game ever? No. But, Advanced Warfare is certainly worth your time during a free multiplayer weekend.
