The brand new NFL Now application, which originally launched on iOS, Windows Phone and Android and for the Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Xbox, is now officially available for the Apple TV.

The service is free and provides a ton of content from NFL games. NFL Now provides access to 21,226 minutes of historical team videos, Super Bowl clips and more. Additionally, the NFL will provide 105 hours of brand new content each week, including highlights from games and updates on your favorite team. A premium package is also available for $1.99 per month for instant highlights, while each game is in progress, and NFL Films content which includes documentaries.

You should see the NFL Now app on your Apple TV now, just in time for the start of football season on September 4, when the Seahawks host the Packers.
